Goswick Ranch HOA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the community. Board members serve as stewards of the community's character, values, and governing documents.
Responsible for presiding over all HOA meetings, executing legal documents on behalf of the association, and representing the community in all formal proceedings.

Board meetings are held as needed, with 48-hour advance notice to all members. Contact the Secretary to be added to the notice list.
All members have the right to attend, speak, and record any HOA meeting. The Board cannot require advance notice of recording or restrict a member's right to participate.
